Sterosport Re-usable Hot/Cold Pack 25 x 13cm

Sterosport hot and cold pack re-usabe. Either put in the freezer for cold therapy or microwave for ward therapy.

Whether used hot or cold it is advisable to check that the temprature is not too extreme against the skin. It is recommended that the Sterosport gel pack is wrapped in cloth before applying to skin. Be carefull not to overheat.
