Can I collect goods from you?
Unfortunately no, as we are an internet based company we are unable to accept visitors yet. This is something we are looking to offer in the future. We do exhibit at leading sports events and shows, details can be found in our latest news page blog.
What are your delivery charges?
We are pleased to be able to offer free postage to all orders delivered with in the UK with NO minimum order charge, with EU orders a minimum charge of £4.95 applies with £1 for each additional item. For worldwide orders we charge a minimum of £7.50 with £1 for each additional item. Visit our delivery page for more information.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Most of the time products are available from stock although there may be occasions where there is a delay due to high demand, or manufacturer delays.
We will contact you shortly after placing your order to advise the likely delay. You are of course welcome to choose an alternative item, wait for the product to arrive or get a full refund.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, please contact us to ask for a quotation.
I’ve ordered an item in the wrong size what should I do?
Due to the varying different sizing charts used by manufacturers we understand that there may be occasions where the wrong size is ordered. Please contact us with your invoice number and we will be happy to exchange the item for the correct size.
