Delivery Information

UK Shipments:

All items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First or Second Class, or Parcel Force depending on the value or size of the order.

For free of charge UK delivery select our super saver option upon checkout, your order will then be delivered via royal mail 2nd class service and should be expected within 3-5 working days.

If you require a timed or signed for service, please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

International & Bulk Shipments

Large bulky order may be sent via parcel force.

Important Information

In the unlikely event that we don't have your item(s) in stock then we will contact you either by email or telephone.

Most items normally get delivered within 1-3 working days(Inc Saturdays) however Royal Mail can sometimes take longer for delivery but do not worry as your order is most likely to be on its way to you.

According to Royal Mail's guidelines, we will not consider a First Class mail lost until the 15th working day has passed. This is because most packages are delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this period.
